Job Description

We're looking for experienced leaders who know how to be great team players and have a real passion to create an amazing guest experience. As a Deputy Manager, you'll support, coach and mentor your team, work together with the General Manager to create and deliver your vision, and ensure standards and compliance are continuous in the General Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and develop your team to achieve their full potential
  • Work closely with the General Manager to create and deliver business plans and objectives
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and quality in all aspects of the business
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports as required
