Job Overview: We are seeking skilled Civil Engineering Site Specialists to enhance our workforce. You will collaborate with the site team to ensure that projects are executed safely, punctually, and within financial constraints.

Qualifications Required:

  • A degree in construction or equivalent practical experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)

Key Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to interpret and analyze construction drawings
  • Possession of a full valid driving license

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software
  • Experience in setting out using Trimble equipment

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conveying onsite information effectively
  • Ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
  • Setting out project works and conducting surveys
  • Verifying drawings and quantities for material requisitions
  • Planning work efficiently to meet project deadlines
  • Monitoring and liaising with the workforce and subcontractors
  • Maintaining daily records of site activities
  • Addressing technical challenges in collaboration with project managers and clients
  • Experience: 1 year in civil engineering (preferred)
  • Travel: 25% (preferred)
