Key Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Service Consultant, your primary duties will include:
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding necessary service and repair work for their vehicles.
- Providing accurate information on service timelines and vehicle collection arrangements.
- Generating job cards using our internal management system.
Essential Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a comparable position, such as Service Administrator or Service Consultant.
- Strong sales skills to promote additional products and services to clients.
- Proficiency in utilizing commercial database systems.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, permanent position with a structured work schedule. The role includes:
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
