Are you seeking a comprehensive graduate program crafted by seasoned veterinarians that will thoroughly assist you during your initial years in practice?
The CVS Graduate Program is specifically designed to provide you with the necessary support network in practice, ensuring that you have an experienced VetGDP Adviser collaborating with you. Additionally, you will participate in dedicated Continued Professional Development (CPD) days, enhancing both your clinical and non-clinical skills, including self-leadership, teamwork, wellbeing, resilience, and business acumen, while also offering the chance to exchange experiences with fellow graduates.
CVS is dedicated to fostering the wellbeing and mental health of all our team members. We strive to cultivate a culture where employees can openly discuss their wellbeing and mental health, reporting challenges without fear of discrimination or reprisal. CVS is unique in employing New Graduate Pastoral Support Vets (PSVs) who are available for direct pastoral assistance outside of your practice. They work closely with practice leaders and VetGDP Advisers to ensure you receive the optimal experience within your practice.

With numerous practice sites available, we have exciting openings for the Graduate Program.
We take immense pride in the CVS Graduate Program, having supported numerous outstanding graduates since its inception. We continually learn and strive to enhance the program each year to provide you with the best support and opportunities during your early years in practice.
Your employment will commence with an Onboarding Phase that includes an engaging Residential week, online learning, and an Orientation and Training Week at the practice level. We aim to facilitate a smooth and exciting transition into your professional journey, allowing you to forge new friendships and acquire new skills along the way.
