Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective social work plans to support children and families in need.
- Work closely with colleagues, statutory agencies, and voluntary sector partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and managers on social work practice and policy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of social work policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in social work (CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent) and registration with the relevant professional body.
- Significant post-qualification experience of working with children and families, including systemic practice and legislative frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and partners.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a willingness to adapt to changing policies and procedures.
