CDE Group is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the wet processing industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Stores Operative to join our team.

As a Stores Operative, you will be responsible for:

  • Adhering to company safety policies and procedures at all times
  • Receiving and verifying goods against paperwork and quality
  • Stock management - ensuring stock is stored in the correct section of the warehouse
  • Despatch - accurately selecting goods for fabrication, site, assembly, or spares
  • Maintaining target 5s standards for the work area and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Ensuring all equipment is properly set up and used in a safe manner, with all safety devices in use
  • Stock counting - assisting with the routine physical stock count and checking stock levels

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • NVQ level 3 qualification in Warehousing/Stores
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Aisle Master or Bendi truck experience
  • Material picking using handheld scanners

Required Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and control daily workload
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
