Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Senior to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will be responsible for leading financial audits and ensuring the highest quality of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage financial audits within the accounting and finance department, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of auditors to deliver high-quality audit results, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance audit efficiency.
  • Identify and rectify financial discrepancies, working closely with management to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Regularly report to management with audit findings and recommendations, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's audit standards and procedures, ensuring they remain up-to-date and effective.

Requirements

  • A formal qualification in Accounting or Finance, such as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Proven experience in financial auditing and team leadership, with a strong understanding of audit processes and standards.
  • Proficiency in relevant audit software and applications, including financial analysis and reporting tools.
