Job Title: Adults Manager

Octane Recruitment is seeking an experienced Adults Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales executives.
