Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Supervisor to join our team. As a Lead Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading great shifts, supporting partners, and inspiring best moments for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Store Manager: Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve results and drive operational excellence.
- Lead Great Shifts: Lead shifts with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and safety.
- Support Partners: Provide coaching and support to partners to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Inspire Best Moments: Create an environment that inspires partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive operational excellence.
- Execute Store Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including opening and closing duties.
- Ensure Safety and Security: Ensure all partners follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
- Provide Quality Beverages and Food: Provide quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
Requirements:
- Previous Coaching or Supervisory Experience: Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire partners.
- Operational Skills: Strong operational skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with partners and customers.
