Job Title: Head of Strategy and Policy Projects

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Strategy and Policy Projects team. As a key member of our Operations Optimization and Enablement team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects that drive business growth and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including stakeholder management, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to project teams, ensuring effective project management practices are followed.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on risk management and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of Citi's policies and procedures, with the ability to apply them in a project management context.
