Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Trackars Healthcare. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our service users in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including toileting, showering, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support to our service users
• Assist with medication administration and preparation of meals and snacks

Requirements:

• Driving license and access to a vehicle
• Enhanced Access NI check
• Acceptable references
