**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards to meet production deadlines and customer expectations
  • Deboning and trimming to required customer specifications, with training provided to enhance your skills
  • Comply with Company policy and procedures on safe food handling and hygiene, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided correctly, prioritizing your safety and well-being
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned to meet business needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

**Key Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a food production environment is desirable, but not essential, as we offer a comprehensive training and upskilling program
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills in semi-skilled/trainee roles, with a focus on gaining new expertise
  • Good communication and reliability, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to the success of our business

The role is a full-time position, working a regular shift pattern across a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday. Actual working hours may vary slightly depending on the production line.
