Position Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Construction and Facilities Surveyor to join our dynamic Facilities team on a permanent basis. This role involves collaborating closely with the Lifecycle Manager to ensure the successful execution of various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lifecycle team in achieving project objectives and enhancing profitability.
  • Conduct thorough building condition assessments and defect diagnosis inspections.
  • Engage in regular evaluations of contracts within the FM portfolio to forecast future maintenance costs.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on ongoing and completed projects.
  • Provide technical guidance for lifecycle management and variations on client properties.
  • Prepare budget estimates for proposed initiatives.
  • Manage project costs and administrative tasks effectively.
  • Facilitate the preparation and submission of Planning and Local Authority Consent Applications.

Qualifications: A formal degree in a Building or Surveying related discipline is required. A qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc, MSc, HND, or other recognized vocational routes) is also advantageous.
