The Role

As Area Lettings Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple locations, fostering a high-performing team environment, and ensuring seamless service delivery to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize lettings performance across all branches.
  • Leading, motivating, and coaching a dedicated team of lettings professionals.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
About You

We are looking for an accomplished individual with a proven track record in the property lettings sector. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in property sales and lettings, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and driving performance.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset with a commitment to excellence.
  • An ARLA qualification is highly desirable.
