About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Analysis to join our team at Societe Generale. As a key member of our GBIS Finance Division, you will play a critical role in steering our financial and budgetary strategy, as well as developing and promoting our control framework.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Financial Operations: Oversee the financial operations of our GBIS entities, including Societe Generale International Limited and Societe Generale London Branch.
  4. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in finance and accounting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accounting diploma (ACCA) or equivalent.
