Senior Project Manager

Panoramic Associates Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Project & Programme Services team as an Associate Director.
This role is ideal for a skilled project manager with a strong background in the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing complex projects, ensuring commercial success, and building strong relationships with clients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the management and delivery of construction projects through their entire life cycle, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring service delivery and commercial success, and providing guidance on project-related matters.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, including mentoring junior members and contributing to the development of project management best practices.
- Drive business development efforts and lead bid preparations for new projects, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
**Requirements:**
- Project Management Experience: Essential for the role, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and deliver successful projects, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Client Relations: Strong experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships, with a deep understanding of client needs and expectations.
- Construction Knowledge: Sound technical knowledge of project management, UK building contracts, and procurement routes, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
- Compliance: Thorough understanding of Health & Safety and Environmental legislation, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Qualifications: Degree in a construction-related discipline and professional membership (e.g., MRICS, MAPM), with a strong focus on ongoing professional development.
