Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing HHSRS certificates
  • Recent experience in enforcement activities under the Housing Act 2004, including drafting and issuing enforcement notices, financial penalties, magistrates' court, and first-tier tribunal
  • Recent experience in undertaking housing inspections, recognizing Category 1 hazards, and remediation of Category 1 hazards

Requirements:

  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice
  • Right to work in the U.K
  • Enhanced DBS
