£27,750 - £29,400 per annum plus £3000 market rate allowance
Salary for Qualified Candidates:
£30,274 - £35,033 per annum plus £6000 market rate allowance

About the Role:
Are you an enthusiastic engineer with a passion for education? This role involves inspiring and guiding students through both theoretical knowledge and practical application in the field of engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver captivating engineering lessons across various disciplines including mechanical, electrical, fabrication, welding, aeronautical, and motor vehicle engineering.
2. Facilitate hands-on learning experiences in state-of-the-art engineering workshops, effectively linking theory with practical skills.
3. Mentor and support students, promoting their personal and academic growth.
4. Collaborate with a diverse team of engineering professionals, sharing your expertise and insights.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
1. Minimum Level 3 qualification and substantial recent experience in the engineering sector.
2. A teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or a strong commitment to pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training, with support provided.
3. Proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons, rated 'Good' or above.
4. Excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for motivating students.
5. Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young individuals.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse learning needs.
7. Proven capability to work effectively within a team environment.
8. Experience in organizing and delivering educational opportunities in a related field.
