Job Title: Senior Heating Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Heating Engineer to join our team at A&D Recruitment. As a key member of our installation and service team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growth and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of heat pump systems in plant rooms, including HDPE pipework and fusion welding.
  • Installation of all associated pipework, from manifold to buffer tank and full distribution system.
  • Day-to-day supervision of the project team and on-site Heath & Safety management.
  • Responsible for the quality and compliance of the system, including 1st and 2nd Fix on domestic dwellings and plantrooms.
  • Reactive and proactive maintenance of heating systems, including basic electrical work to heat pump systems.
  • Commissioning and servicing of heat pump systems, with a focus on fault finding and fixing any problems that arise.
Requirements:
  • Keen attention to detail and a methodical mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
  • Self-structure and ownership of tasks and development of new processes and systems.
