Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the project's financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
