Warehouse Operative

Right Now Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturer to recruit Warehouse Operatives for their existing Warehouse Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport goods and supplies on site under supervision to ensure timely delivery.
- Perform basic warehouse and store tasks under supervision, ensuring all goods and supplies are stored and recorded in line with agreed procedures.
- Complete basic packaging tasks and assist others by following established procedures under supervision.
- Perform basic inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records.
- Operate basic equipment and machines and carry out routine tasks.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Desirable Skills:
- Good attitude and people skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in working within a busy Warehouse role.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Previous Forklift experience, ideally with Bendi or Counterbalance.
- Interest in understanding and working with a range of technical products.
What You Need to Know:
The Employment Agencies Act (EAA) is a piece of legislation that sets a minimum standard of conduct for recruitment agencies in the UK.
This means that we are required to ask you for proof of identification and two referees, which we will then pass on to the employer once you have given your permission.
We will also share with you any Health & Safety documentation/requirements that the end employer has provided to us.
