Early Years Lead Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Years Lead Practitioner. As a key member of our nursery management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of our Early Years provision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the operational management and coordination of the childcare provision, including staff, children, and equipment.
  • Plan and implement the Early Years Foundations Stages (EYFS) to achieve an outstanding level of care and maintain our Good Ofsted accreditation.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of provision, ensuring policies and procedures, best practice, and standards are maintained.
  • Report to the Community Centre Manager and Tadpoles Committee.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Early Years Childcare Qualification.
  • GCSE's A*-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent.
  • Clear DBS.
  • At least 2 years' experience of leadership within an Early Years Setting or suitable experience.
