Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Trafford Park. As a key member of our sales office, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, coordinating shipments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient storage, picking, and packing of orders.
- Logistics and Shipping: Coordinate UK and international shipping, including customs clearance and documentation.
- Packing and Picking: Ensure accurate and timely packing and picking of orders, meeting customer deadlines.
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers via phone and email to support the sales team, resolving any issues or concerns.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
- Warehouse/Logistics Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, with ability to learn new software and systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8-4.30pm, Friday 8-3pm.
