About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Prezzo team at Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, food, and inventory
- Ensure high standards of customer service and quality of food and drink
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals
