About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Language Secretary to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. As a Japanese Language Secretary, you will provide administrative support to our business divisions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to business divisions, including settling expenses, arranging meetings, and event logistics
  • Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, restaurants, and vendors to negotiate corporate rates
  • Administer company Golf Club membership and activities
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management
  • Cover responsibilities of colleagues during absences or peak times
  • Assist with organizing events or supporting other department-specific tasks

Requirements:

  • Business level of Japanese and English
  • Experience in administrative support and diary management
  • Strong communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Effective relationship-building with internal teams and stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £35K-£40K per annum + benefits, a fixed-term contract up to 12 months, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment.
