We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Livingston. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers achieve their property goals.
About the Role
- Carry out viewings for our sales properties, identifying new opportunities to enhance our customers' experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer care and support.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform your sales approach.
- Contribute to the development of new business initiatives and strategies, helping to drive business growth and expansion.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a residential estate agency environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive and resilient attitude, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop.
- IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
