Reed is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team in Poole. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and recording accounting entries in the Finance module of Sage, preparing monthly reconciliations, and participating in month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and record accounting entries in the Finance module of Sage
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations
  • Participate in month-end closing activities
  • Support the calculations of commissions, cash forecast, and entering invoices in the AP module
Requirements:
  • Advanced IT skills in MS Tools (Excel)
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Sage/Oracle or another ERP knowledge
  • Commercial and business awareness
  • European VAT knowledge
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus
