Support Worker - St Andrews

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at our St Andrews service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide high-quality support to individuals, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with supported individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalized support plans, ensuring individuals receive tailored support that meets their unique needs.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in adult social care.
