Job Role: Well Being Coordinator

This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents by advocating for their well-being and quality of life. As a Well Being Coordinator, you will work closely with our team to create a sense of community and well-being within the home.

  • Develop and implement innovative social and leisure events that cater to the interests and preferences of our residents.
  • Collaborate with staff to create personalized care plans that promote the well-being and happiness of our residents.
  • Facilitate social links between residents, their families, and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Work closely with the care team to develop and implement care plans that promote resident well-being and independence.
  • Organize and lead social and leisure activities that promote resident engagement and participation.
Requirements
  • Experience in social care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of others.
