Key Responsibilities:

Your main duties will include:

  • Performing thorough cleaning of the marketing suite and show homes.
  • Conducting detailed sparkle cleans of all stock plots and properties before handover.
  • Implementing enhanced cleaning protocols, especially in shared spaces and high-touch areas during peak times.
  • Cleaning essential facilities such as taps, toilets, door handles, and office equipment.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks.
  • Representing Lovell in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong organizational skills and punctuality.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A CSCS card (preferred).
