Job Opportunity: Conveyancing Solicitor
Talent Finder is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Lambeth, London. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting with the annual Lexcel review, supporting Property Lawyers in acting on behalf of residential conveyancing customers, and managing the legal processes involved in property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the annual Lexcel review to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Support Property Lawyers in delivering an excellent legal service to residential conveyancing customers
- Act as a point of contact for all communication related to property transactions
- Maintain accurate records within a case management system
- Prepare financial statements for customers
- Manage the legal processes involved in property transactions, including sales and purchases of residential properties
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified-3 years PQE
- Comfortable with CQS, AML, and SRA issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
- Customer service skills, including attention to detail
