We are seeking an Asset Performance Leader for our operations. This individual will oversee the maintenance teams in developing Preventative Maintenance strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders. The position will play a crucial role in managing a transformative journey in the plant's automation systems, as well as executing and enhancing the Predictive Maintenance planning program.
This role is vital in providing technical guidance and fostering a robust equipment reliability culture.
The successful candidate will drive cost efficiency and optimize spare parts management while ensuring a consistent rollout and evolution of PM Steps. They will introduce advanced PM tools and enhance human reliability. Additionally, this individual will manage our external partners in the operation of site utilities.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Formulate and execute a strategic Facilities roadmap and annual operational plan that serves as a competitive edge for Mondelēz.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to establish and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement objectives.
- Create a robust governance framework to monitor and control Operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best-in-class standards.
- Ensure compliance with business continuity plans and manufacturing standards, ensuring all employees and service providers are informed and that these are regularly reviewed for effective execution.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the Facilities team in adopting IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma methodologies, aiming for zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies and technical excellence.
- Exemplify company values and principles through effective coaching and mentoring, enhancing skills across the technical and engineering teams to engage with modern practices.
- Develop a clear succession and resource plan for the asset and technology workforce, identifying and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and nurture essential talent.
- Engage with key stakeholders to cultivate and maintain effective relationships, aligning priorities to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
A commitment to advancing your career and the following experience and expertise:
- Extensive operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the FMCG, Food Production, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop managerial talent.
- Familiarity with TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma methodologies, as well as Safety and GMP standards.
- An engineering background with strong financial and business insight, along with project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, expertise in PM, and proficiency in SAP PM module or equivalent systems.
- Exceptional communication (both verbal and written), coaching, and leadership skills in a collaborative environment, with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
