About the Role: ISS Investor Solutions is in search of a skilled Senior Events Marketing Associate to play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of events and webcasts across the EMEA and APAC regions. This position requires close collaboration with various teams and executives within ISS' Investment Stewardship Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with stakeholders to strategize and oversee event planning
  • Coordinating logistics and services for events
  • Overseeing event budgets and ensuring compliance
  • Developing marketing communications for events and managing registration systems
  • Supporting post-event assessments and reporting
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners for seamless event execution
  • Being present at events as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning, ideally within the financial services sector
  • Strong skills in project management
  • Familiarity with the finance industry and its terminology
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in European languages is advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office and various online platforms
