Key Responsibilities- Receiving, recording, investigating, and making recommendations on alleged breaches of planning control
- Participating in proactive condition compliance and enforcement avoidance through monitoring of planning decisions under the chargeable minerals and waste site monitoring regime
- Supporting the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
