Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving, recording, investigating, and making recommendations on alleged breaches of planning control
  • Participating in proactive condition compliance and enforcement avoidance through monitoring of planning decisions under the chargeable minerals and waste site monitoring regime
  • Supporting the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
About You

We are looking for an environmentally orientated planning professional with a passion for enforcement and monitoring. You will have a keen eye for detail, be able to work to deadlines, and have excellent communication skills. You will also have a personal growth mindset aimed at becoming a reliable and respected planning practitioner in the field of enforcement.
