Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Legal Support Specialist to join our Litigation team.
As a Legal Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Litigation teams, handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, preparing legal documentation, and updating legal cases for our clients and policyholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, responding to client and policyholder inquiries
- Prepare legal documentation, including court documents and correspondence
- Update legal cases, ensuring accurate and timely information is maintained
- Work collaboratively with the Litigation team to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

About the Role
This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, based from our office at MediaCity, Salford Quays.
