The Role: Dealer Operations Executive - South
As a Dealer Operations Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail partnerships across the South region of the UK. You'll be responsible for training and empowering retailer staff to confidently sell EVs and the Ohme proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with automotive retailers at all levels, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Deliver engaging presentations and discussions, effectively communicating the value of Ohme's solutions to partners.
- Conduct on-site training sessions at retailer locations across the South region, providing comprehensive guidance and support.
- Serve as an ambassador for Ohme, embodying our brand values and ensuring exceptional customer service to all partners.
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges faced by retailers, proposing innovative solutions based on thorough root cause analysis.
- Develop and implement bespoke training programs tailored to the specific needs of each retailer partner.
- Collaborate with the broader commercial team to execute initiatives that maximize Ohme's commercial success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships within the automotive retail industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- A passion for EVs and sustainable transportation solutions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
