Job Summary
CEVA Logistics is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team in Chipping Warden. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to specific manufacturing requirements and guidelines, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle PDI's and repairs, conducting basic mechanical work, brakes, servicing, and tyre fitment.
- Ensure the completion of all workshop documentation and compliance following company and manufacturer procedures.
- Collaborate with Garage Support and the Technician Team to promote consistent productivity within the workshop.
- Interpret technical service information and data.
- Carry out other duties as and when required to support the wider operation.
Requirements
- Experience as a vehicle service technician with certifications in Level 1, 2 and 3 motor vehicle engineering or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in an automotive, workshop or service environment, experienced in vehicle diagnostics and interpreting manufacturing specifications.
- Knowledgeable in vehicle and workshop quality standards and have an inquisitive mindset where you will actively problem solver, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Natural communicator with a strong attention to detail and a keen interest in the automotive industry.
