Michelin-Starred Dining Destination Seeks Talented Chef de Partie

A renowned Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Surrey is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join its dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and presentation of our innovative dishes, working closely with the Head Chef and the kitchen brigade to ensure exceptional quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and consistency.
  • Work across various sections of the kitchen, including meat, fish, and vegetable stations.
  • Assist in the development of new dishes and menus.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and the overall kitchen.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
  • Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role, preferably in a Michelin-starred or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for food and a desire to continually learn and improve.
