Assistant Block Property Manager Job Description

Dove & Hawk is seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Block Property Manager to join our team in the Chelsea office. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Property Administration, Lettings, or AST Property Management looking to transition into a Block Management career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality Property Management service to clients
  • Assist in managing developments and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Provide exceptional client care and liaison services
  • Manage a portfolio of properties and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Review and negotiate Service Contracts and Annual Orders
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with properties
  • Liaise with Health and Safety consultants and contractors as needed
  • Attend client meetings and AGMs with the Property Manager
  • Prepare Service Charge budgets and pre-authorize expenditures
  • Organize meetings with clients, contractors, and customers
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Property Administration, Lettings, or AST Property Management
  • Strong desire to transition into a Block Management career
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
