About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and successful Estate Agency professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing our Estate Agency business in a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase market share and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with local business partners and stakeholders
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to attract new customers

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in Estate Agency
