We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning and Forecast Manager to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our global supply chain organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the demand signal that flows through our supply chain systems is accurate and reliable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a robust demand plan that takes into account various factors, including sales trends, market conditions, and product life cycles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Country Sales, Category Management, Commercial Planning, and Operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory levels, supply chain disruptions, and other potential threats to our business.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a supply chain planning or demand planning role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with demand planning software and business intelligence tools, such as Blue Yonder or Domo/Power BI.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
