Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of a media rights and broadcast strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Manage key relationships with broadcasters, rights holders, and agencies to secure optimal media rights and broadcast deals.
  • Oversee the commercial development of our streaming service, including partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Drive innovation and growth in media rights and broadcast revenue through strategic partnerships and business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of broadcast operations, including scheduling, production, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in broadcasting rights industry, with a global network across broadcasters, rights holders, and agencies.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end media rights distribution, including contractual delivery, scheduling, revenue generation, and P&L responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of the sports broadcast landscape and ability to maximise our media rights.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, strategic, and detail-oriented to deliver against our commercial interests.
  • Ability to express and present ideas or facts concisely and precisely through PPT, Word, and Excel.
