CHC Nurse Assessor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced CHC Nurse Assessor with expertise in Learning Disabilities to join our team at Real Staffing. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our NHS client in the East Midlands on a 3-month contract, offering hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals with complex needs.
  • Provide guidance on care packages that meet individual requirements.
  • Utilise knowledge of Continuing Healthcare (CHC) frameworks to ensure timely review processes are followed.
Requirements:
  • Registered Learning Disability Nurse.
  • A minimum of two years' experience as an CHC Nurse Assessor.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledgeable about National Frameworks such as DST/tools/LCP etc.
