Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering an exceptional customer experience through expertly crafted beverages.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Barista in a dynamic hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to energize and motivate the team to achieve outstanding service and performance.
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience in leading by example, actively engaging with the team on the shop floor.
