Job Description

Job Title: Early Years Teacher

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Southend On Sea, Essex

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that spark curiosity in Early Years students
  • Foster a warm and inclusive environment where every child feels safe and excited to explore
  • Monitor and support individual learning progress, offering insightful feedback to parents and carers
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a holistic and child-centered curriculum that makes learning fun
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Current Enhanced DBS check
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Fantastic communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting
  • Deep understanding of child development and how to nurture each child's unique potential
