Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Overview
Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including inventory management, customer service, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Supervise daily workload and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Manage team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Inventory Management
- Manage stockrooms and back-of-house areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Implement effective stock control measures to minimize losses and maximize sales.
- Customer Service
- Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customer interactions are positive and professional.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide personalized service.
- Business Development
- Work closely with senior management to identify development needs within the team and provide coaching and support.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience of leading a team in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of luxury brands and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
