Job Title: Capital Analyst

Job Summary:

Finitas is excited to partner with a global General Insurance firm in their search for a Capital Analyst to join their Actuarial function. As a Capital Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the parameterisation and development of capital models, including model validation and data quality assessments, and ORSA reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and validation of capital models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Conduct data quality assessments to ensure the integrity of model inputs.
  • Collaborate with the Actuarial team to deliver high-quality ORSA reports.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Working towards Actuarial Exams.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Capital Modelling role, preferably in General Insurance, Personal Lines, or Life.
  • Knowledge of Capital Modelling software, such as Igloo, Tyche, or ReMetrica.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
