About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Great Bear. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our customer services operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment, responding to various customer queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Create daily, weekly, and monthly service and export reports, ensuring accurate information and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Order Management: Chase orders, resolve delivery issues, and plan parcel traffic orders and necessary communications.
  • Inventory Management: Check daily order audits, maintain client SAP stock system accuracy, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Communication: Liaise with personnel across different levels, including Shift Managers, Transport Coordinators, Stock Control, Central Customer Service & Client Support Colleagues.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and WMS functions, with knowledge of warehousing or transport software systems an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable approach to working, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
