The Role – Quantity Surveyor

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be working closely with our projects team to commercially manage multiple schemes. You will be office-based with regular site visits to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercially manage multiple schemes to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the projects team to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a similar commercial role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
