About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Career Moves Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our B2B marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Content and Social Manager to deliver the quarterly content campaign plan, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Craft compelling copy for lead generation marketing and sales collateral across various channels, including print, social media, email, and website.
  • Help create diverse multimedia content, including whitepapers, videos, infographics, and webinars, to engage our target audience.
  • Coordinate the branded merchandise process, from design and reorders to timely delivery within budget, ensuring a professional and consistent brand image.
  • Support the delivery of the annual events plan, including attendance lists, setup, logistics, feedback forms, and recommendations, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Support implementing and designing emails and workflows on a CRM platform, such as HubSpot, to enhance our marketing automation capabilities.
  • Project manage ad-hoc creative requests from internal business areas, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Proficiency in using design tools, such as Canva, and CRM platforms, like HubSpot.
